How do I install Updates From Jointed Rail on Trainz

I have purchased BNSF C44-9W (H2), BNSF GE C44-9W (H3) and BNSF C44-9W (WB-Warbonnet) and the trainz build number was obsolete (3.7 or under) on the GE Wide Cab Mechanism t2 and I got the updates for it but I don't know how to update the content in Trainz. I have Trainz A New Era (TANE)

Same KUIDs, no new versions: install the updates, then open Content Manager, chose "Open for Edit" in the menu, highlight all assets listed (Ctrl+A) and finally select "Submit Edits" in the contextual menu.
Same KUIDs, new versions: install the updates, then you have nothing to do, it will automatically obsolete the older ones.
