I think we've run out of ideas for the moment, looks like you are going to have to wait it out until someone throws the switch. Hope it's not too long, the only consolation is it won't take long to download stuff when its working properly.
 
I'll wait until tommorrow then to download my next 100MB.. I sent Auran a ticket.. I'm hoping they will fix it!
 
I stand by what I have said Peter. You just repeat what Auran says. I have never had a FCT that has been activated to the extent of allowing me to download by Auran within 24 hours. There is a fault with this there always has been and it’s about time that Auran correctly activates tickets without the need to refresh ones profile. As for you not putting people down. Just try and put yourself in a new member’s position and stop sprouting Auran’s "For the press handouts"; are you hoping to do it enough that they may give you a job?

In all the FCTs I have they have all been up an active within 24hrs of activating them (with the exception of one; when the DLS crashed shortly after my activation). Usually in my experence it takes just about 24hrs for them to tick over. As for working with Auran, no thanks!

Why don't you find something better to do with your life then j trying to pick fights with people. We are all here to have fun & to help each other.

Using a major credit card vs Paypal might explain how I ordered a FCT at 10:PM US EST, and the ticket was activated within an hour in Autralia time zone. I clicked "Activate" ticket in Planet Auran page, and I was downloading at 375 Kbs speed by 1:AM US EST.

Sometimes, very rairly, I get 1875 MBS (not Kbs) and it is like lightning.

First, PerRock doesn't work for us, but his information is correct. It can take up to 24 hours for the DLS and Trainz/Content Manager to update for your FCT.

However, in some cases the FCT doesn't activate properly. This does require us to refresh your account (can also be done by changing your password, although this may not work every time).

This was fixed after the server upgrade, however it has recently started to occur in some situations. The admin is looking into it, however it may be a little while before it is fixed. In the mean time, please do send a ticket to the helpdesk if you experience issues.

However, please keep in mind that the helpdesk is generally only operated during Australian Business hours. Although we don't have fixed hours for it (this allows me to change when it's operated so as to focus on busier times, e.g. spending extra time on Monday to cover the weekend). As such, it may take between 24 and 72 hours for us to send a reply to your ticket.
