First, PerRock doesn't work for us, but his information is correct. It can take up to 24 hours for the DLS and Trainz/Content Manager to update for your FCT.
However, in some cases the FCT doesn't activate properly. This does require us to refresh your account (can also be done by changing your password, although this may not work every time).
This was fixed after the server upgrade, however it has recently started to occur in some situations. The admin is looking into it, however it may be a little while before it is fixed. In the mean time, please do send a ticket to the helpdesk if you experience issues.
However, please keep in mind that the helpdesk is generally only operated during Australian Business hours. Although we don't have fixed hours for it (this allows me to change when it's operated so as to focus on busier times, e.g. spending extra time on Monday to cover the weekend). As such, it may take between 24 and 72 hours for us to send a reply to your ticket.
