does anyone know the heldesk hours - I'm trying to download my purchased copy of trainz 09 and the ftp site say my password is invalid and I want this for my sons birthday - can any help or know another way to contact the helpdesk - have been waiting more the 24 hours for a reply

Helpdesk is unmanned over the weekend. They can have a backlog on Monday. Do you have the email with the serial number / key? Don't put the serial number up in the forum.

Assuming that's the serial number that's causing you problems, please make sure when you are typing it in that you aren't confusing letters with numbers.

the passcode I was given is different from the serial number i was emailed - could this be the problem?
