I am constructing a scenario that uses Prowler901's c-16 #223 and its tender.
All the dependencies for the two are ok and everything seems normal in CM.
However, when I try to drive the C-16 or the combo either manually or under script control, nothing moves. In manual mode, I can select the C-16 without a problem, but advancing the DCC throttle has no effect.
Prowler901's C-21 seems to work fine.
