Fixing broken/faulty and/or unknown dependencies

How do you fix broken/faulty dependencies and correct the unknown types? I have added a couple big routes, and in one case it is disconcerting to pilot a train over a viaduct that is in mid-air.

Also, any have links to UP 3985 & SP&S 700? Two steam engines that I have been unable to find. (The Challenger can be found for MSTS)
