Features from Previous trainz - 2009?

Hi,

I've been wondering what 2009 will be like, and came to ask if the following features will be included:

Ability to: Go into 'external view' and 'cab view' after derailment. (Like in UTC)
Alt+U and Alt+Y: I tried them today, and I liked them. Will they be in 2009?
