"Failed to download precached data package" error!

I have 4 of these errors each ended with one of these numbers:822;659;651;733
Purchased TRS22 Standard from Steam and placed Local data folder with N3V other versions (TANE, TRS19)
Build: 123799, done data repair and the extended one and TrainzUtil Command with no resolution to this issue!

Also have 92 warnings, but have no faulty assets that I see! Some JA Sea textures have no thumbnail, otherwise the game seems to work!!
Any Suggestions would be greatly appreciated!!

TRS19 Package Installation Failure From Steam

Trainz members: Stage 1: Downloaded the TRS19 product from the Steam site on 29th March 2022. So far very impressed with the basic copy and installation of the product. Very good graphics display. A new install does take time to settle and cache no problem with this tweaking up the settings...
