Failed build authorization

Today I got trainz 2022 and after downloading logged into my trainz account and then I got hit with a message saying username and password succeeded but build authorization has failed, I tried everything from restarting my game checking files to rebooting my PC nothing has worked keep in mind I have the Normal version of trainz 2022 not plus or platinum so I have no idea I need help because half of my content on my YouTube channel relies on trainz

send a help ticket , very little forum members can do to fix such an authorization .since you only just purchased then NV3 need to sort it out for you.
