Build authorisation failed

Hi - just purchased 2022 as I have had 2019 and got a deal to upgrade. 2019 works fine, but I cannot start 2022 as I get login successful but authorisation failed. I entered a ticket and they had me check all of the ports and put an exception in the firewall, but still no go. They checked my account and I should have full access so they are saying it's something on my computer that is blocking it so I am out of luck. Strange that it is "allowing" 2019. Any ideas? thx
