Trainz 22 - Build authorisation failed

Hi everyone,

I run trainz 2022 Platinum Edition via my external hard drive. I recently purchased a second laptop while I am still logged into my MyTrainz account on my old laptop when I attempt to log into MyTrainz on my new laptop I get a message saying "Your MyTrainz account lacks authorisation for this product.

Is this because I am logging in from a second device?

Could someone help me with this?
