F7 Reskin Question

I wanted to try to reskin an F7, using the freware F7A-B unit from your page and the reskin kit. However, the F7's all seem to be texture files and the reskin kit are Photoshop files. How do I save the Photoshop file as a texture? I am using Paint Shop Pro 8 rather than Photoshop. Is that the problem?

So, do I then replace the .texture file with .tga? Do I need to add a text file? I am beginning to sort of comprehend what's going in an the config file and the text files, but this texture file without corresponding text files confuses me.

The .texture image has the text file imbedded in it. You would need the text file with the .tga, .bmp or .jpg images.
