Excessivly Bright Textures

If Auran has no problem with this, I would like to have a ZIP copy of the texture files. I don't want to confuse too much with lingo not understood. The last picture I have seen a result like that on a 3D tree after tinkering with it I discovered the normal maps were done wrong. Also near the bridge, it looks like the textures is ghosted somehow.

Problem

I have had the same problem in build 40040, but in lower builds i did not have this problem. patching now see if brightness fixed...
