Sampctech, unfortunately that is how it works with non-FCT downloads. Downloads are throttled at 4-9k. In my years of experience, in T:ANE, anything over a couple of megabytes will fail with the error Connection interrupted, but if you immediately right-click and download again, it will just install. There is something faulty about the completion process that has never been fixed. With 2019 I have found it even worse. As the sizes of things are getting larger, it usually works up to maybe 10 megabytes, but anything larger it will get to the end of the download and then one of two things will happen. It will either throw an error and then be consequently not downloadable at all (time for DBR or EDBR), or the download thermometer will just start over at zero and it will proceed to download again. VERY annoying at non-FCT speeds of 4-9k. I don't believe N3V has any interest in fixing these issues, so we live with it. If you want to download a bunch of routes at once or all of a creator's assets (like DaveSnow, rgcx, majekear , mgsapper, etc.), I just works best to spend $6 USD for a 30-day FCT and download the he** out of things. It's amazing how much you can get in just 24 hours!
