Download Station Connection Difficulties

Issues relating to accessing the Download Station are being investigated, but at this time we are unable to resolve the problem. While a significant number of users are effected and reporting difficulties connecting, the vast majority of users are still able to download freely, adding complications to the task.

Please be assured that we are doing all we can to rectify the problem as quickly as possible and that any further information will be posted here as it comes to hand.

Access should have now resumed for those who reported difficulties connecting to the Download Station over the past few days. The cause was traced to a recent MySql update changing functionality causing the user verification checks to fail for profiles that were new or recently updated.

We have attempted to update all profiles for users who reported this issue to us, however we cannot be certain we have covered all those affected. Anyone still experiencing this problem should update their profile by updating their password or some other setting and saving the changes. This will prompt the update and allow Download Station access to resume.
