I remember there has been a tutorial written by John King about how to make a decent double switch in surveyor. Unfortunately I myself have deleted my copy of the tutorial from my HD and when trying to find it again I discovered that John's site fails to be accessed.
Could somebody perhaps post a copy of this tutorial here on the board. I will be very grateful if this piece of knowledge is available to us all again.
