G'day folks
This thread is for those of you who may want a Union Pacific Big Boy Loco 4-8-8-4 & Tender. If you've already have it (AURAN), then please ignore.....
I'm running TS12 build 61297.
Found it as disabled in content manager on the weekend, so.....
1.) Search Content Manager for UP big boy tender (with spaces) = kuid<2:523:10114:5>
2.) If it shows a Red circle wSlash, it's disabled - Right mouse click on it and select option disable\enable.
It will have dependency errors
3.) right mouse click on it again, and select view dependencies - Note both the missing\not downloaded\enabled kuids for both bogeys. Close the mini window
4.) search content manager for (No spaces) up bigboy tender - Download or Enable ...Tender bogey0 <kuid2:523:10115:1>, ...Tender bogey2 <kuid2:523:10116:1>
Now for the hard bit.....
5.) Search for \ Locate \ show... UP Big Boy Tender kuid<2:523:10114:5> (as at step 1 above).
6.) Right mouse click on it, select Edit, Edit in Explorer and then double click on the file config.txt, which opens it up in notepad for editing....
7.) On the menu bar at the top of the notepad window choose Edit, Replace
8.) In the replace what box type the kuid for bogey0 (noted in step 3 <kuid:523:10115> )
9.) in the replace with box type the updated kuid for bogey0 ( <kuid2:523:10115:1> )
10.) hit [Replace all]
11.) Repeat for bogey2
12.) close, save config.txt, commit UP Big Boy Tender
Right mouse click and choose View in Railyard...tah dah!!

Now for the Loco

L.) close, save config.txt, commit UP Big Boy
Right mouse click and choose View in Railyard...tah dah!!

ps somewhere there's a philskene link to a rusty big boy on Mediafire website. Did download it, thanx to Adelaide Phil, fixed up missing dependencies, looks good.
