What is with the DLS ? Every time I try todownload an item I get message "Unable to download, the server appears to be full. Please try later." Also I activated a 7 day FCT and the whole seven days were wasted on the above. Not much of an incentive to buy an FcT especially a lifetime one. What say Auran?

It probably means the server is full, so you could try again later

It means other people are downloading stuff, and it's like a ride at a theme park, not everyone gets on at once
Or it could be server issues
Or they're updating the server

In that case, due to you unable to use your "first class ticket" at all for the seven days duration, that wasn't your fault, you are entitled to a full refund of that ticket, or at least another ticket (at the company's expense) as a replacement.

Edit: JJDella, that doesn't cut it, he went to the trouble of buying a first class ticket, therefore he should be able to get on. Remember he wasn't able to access the download station for a week.

I didn't say it cut it, usually those things only go for an hour or 2,
Would most people have an FCT?? If so, that could be a reason

There have been many threads on exactly how to: click on the "Activate" FCT, and edit PW, edit profile, and reset UN & PW, at the Planet Auran site. These will solve your problems ... unless the server is temporarilly down ... you will evetually succeed

I had purchsed a FCT just before the server had gone last time for an antire week. I sent an e-mail to the help desk, and they gave me a credit on my FCT for those days that it had been down.
