Trainz 2019 DLS Not Downloading Content

Over the past couple days, my Trainz DLS downloader (I use an up-to-date version of TRS2019) has not been downloading content. Like, at all. Every time I've attempted to download anything, from a route, to a piece of rolling stock, to even just a commodity or driver command, I am met with the following message: "Unable to download asset <kuid:displayed:here>. File not available on server, or failed to download." This message displays multiple time before the downloader completely fails and displays an error with identical messaging. Is something wrong with my build of Trainz, or could it be something else like an account or Internet issue?

Below is the full DLS downloader feed that popped up when I attempted to download a Canadian Pacific-pained MP15AC from the DLS moments ago.

DLS is down for everyone. Several threads already on the topic. N3V are aware and working on it.
