DLC not enabling downloads

When using Manage Content to download required assets shown as 'available for download' for routes and session in TRS19 the download appears to go ok but is then halted as it says 'Unable to download asset please check your My Trainz login details'. I check that all is properly logged in and try again but the action repeats itself. I'm pretty sure that this wasn't the case with early access TRS19.:'(

Probably a server or ISP issue, try again later, get loads of this on BT ADSL, OK using 4G though.
