Ctrl Key functionality has disappeared

When I started TS2012 last night I noticed that in Surveyor and Driver that the Ctrl keys did not work. They work in the rest of the programs on my PC. Last night I reinstalled TS2012 and the problem persists.

Anyone else have had this problem. Seeking assistance to resolve. Thank you.

Hi Fred,

Do you have the Bing Bar installed? If so, uninstall the Bing Bar.

Just to be sure:

Check the keyboard.txt file (which can be found under TS12\UserData\settings) and see if the key combinations still are with control.

Good input. Checked the keyboard.txt file and all is correct there.

If the keyboard.txt is working in TS10, make a copy and replace the TS12 version.
