Couple at trackmark

Whatever happened to this command? : Couple at Trackmark. At CMP it shows obsolete. Works on TS12 non SP-1, but as soon as you upgrade.. it is gone! Also, on post SP-1 I cant tick (green tick) any commands in the list of commands editor, so There is a very limited list of things AI can do. .... Anyone?

It is still valid because there is a new version on the DLS, that is the reason the original is shown as obsolete. Regarding the green tick, that works in the final version. You need to update.

Well, I am at 58414. At the moment it will not update above that for some reason. The new command is called "couple at trackmark list". For some reason, it shows a partial list of all the trackmarks, and following Murphy's Law, the one I need is not on the listing!

You may find that's due to how the trackmarks are named. That command requires the trackmarks to be named in a particular fashion.

'Couple at trackmark list' is not the same as 'Couple at trackmark'. "Couple at trackmark" requires only the one name in no particular format..

That is what I thought. So, we don't have this command anymore? On another note, I tried to upgrade as suggested by Shane. This is what I got after more than one hour of a green bar going and going almost to the end:

"Failed to compute the checksum for existing file C/:.........." (My Auran location) and at the end, patching aborted. Any ideas?

Didn't you read my post? There is an updated version of "Couple at Trackmark" on the DLS.

Couple At Trackmark (build 2.2) by Marzipan <kuid2:57147:81100:1> is visible to me on both builds 58414 and 61388.

The previous base version is also visible in CM.
In 58414 it shows as "update available" because I haven't downloaded it in that build.
In 61388 it shows as "obsolete" because I have downloaded the level 1 version.

CoupleAtTrackmarkList by PGuy is at build 2.5
UncoupleAtTrackmarkList by PGuy is at build 2.9

I'll leave it to Shane to advise what you should do about the aborted patch.

The reason why I did not see it, is because I tried to look for it with my 49922. But when searching for it with the other computer that has up to 58414, it shows. Downloaded it and made it t work already! Thank you very much for the help (every day we learn something new, yes?).

That's good - in terms of the patching issue, the newer TS12 SP1 patches (and possibly the older TS12 patches) have a rollback facility that allows it to return to the previous build without issues.

Shane: After the failed attempt, everything seems to work as before. Just it has not been patched.

That's one of the good things with the rollback feature, although you will probably only need to install that patch if you decide to use assets that require HF4, like andi06's newest Junction Kit assets.
