Content Validation - odd error with traincar assets (TS2010 build 49933)

Whilst validating some of my content in TS2010, I found this error has happened with a few of the assets.

Error: Tag 'name-it' in the container 'traincar' is obsolete.

What baffles me though is that description-it is still permitted.

Has anyone else had this happen, and why is name-it obsolete in later versions if description-it is still permitted? (if I understand things correctly, it refers to the Italian version).

The name-xx tags should be replaced by the username-xx tags.

I thought it may be - I am still suprised why it is only flagging up the Italian version though.

I don't get any warning or error when using this tag (or any other allowed name-xx tag). My TS2010 is build 49933.

You can find a list of obsolete tags in the file <TS2010Dir>\bin\TETData\inheritance.txt (search for obsolete-tag, there is more than one block).

Hi Peter,

It appears that the name-xx entries are indeed in the obsolete-tags section (without a reference as to which version obsoleted it) which may explain why it may only be picking certain ones up.

Is it possible to clear the "obsolete-tags" list without causing damage to Trainz?
