Content Not Valid

I don't know if this is the right forum for this question, but sometimes when I put DLS content in my Download Cart it tells me that the "Content is Invalid" and I can't download it. This seems to happen more with TRS2006 Sp1 content but it's also happened for TRS2004 once in a while. Anyone know what gives?

It's because there is something wrong with the way it was packaged when it was put on the DLS.
all you can do is contact the creator and ask him- her to re-upload it.
or use something else.

I thought that was why Auran manually have to approve before an asset gets on DLS, so that the assets on DLS were actually "ok" and downloadable?

That's what I thought, but lately I'm finding a lot of content that apparently shouldn't have been approved.

Not necessarily. If you mean by the creator, that is. Sometimes the screw up is on Auran's end of things. I have had an asset that could not be downloaded and all I did was resubmit it with a new revision number and it was fine.
