Content manager not working

Hi can anybody help, I have just tried to download an item from content manager and got this message. Content manager is offline, please check your internet connection and firewall / proxy settings to access Trainz download station, any idea what might be wrong. It was working okay last night. Hope somebody can help. Thank you.

Check to see if log in info is intact (present)


External.

The CM link to the DLS sometimes goes down for a few reasons. The most common being the network is choked by peak activity. (I bet this is it) If memory serves, there are 3 or 4 peaks based on US, European, Australian users. (If I missed anyone, I appologise)
