Cold Creek Logistics -- not possible to run engine in Local Work session

Hi, I know it's pretty old route, but after long time I dediced to try the hardest session of JR's Cold Creek Logistics, "Local Work". The first two sessions (Intro Session, A Days Work) were OK, but at the "Local Work" I couldn't run the engine MP2800. Although I released brakes, set reverser and power throttle, there is still BRK CYL: 230 psi and it doesn't change anymore... Any good idea how to run this?
