I have TRS2006 and since installing SP1 it has worked very reliably.
I have a working firstclass ticket as shown by this:
Start/CMD/ping firstclass.auran.com gives an average time of 55 MS.
Tonight (Pacific Standard Time [GMT-8]) the DLS is working for me.
Performed the following tests.
Unplugged my internet and press Ctrl-Alt-Del to display Task Manager (TM).
Double Clicked TRS2006 and Launcher.exe shows in TM at 0% CPU time.
Click Manage Content and ContentManager.exe shows in TM at 0% CPU time
and the Download Helper Action Panel displays the following:
and this error panel pops up:
If I click on OK I get:
If I click on the Save button the CMP Error panel pops back up. Click OK again and get the Setting panel again. Clicking the Cancel button clears it away.
Next I renamed my assets.tdx file to assets.xdt so CMP can’t find it.
Double Clicked TRS2006 and Launcher.exe and TM shows it varying between 0% - 15% CPU time for about 5 seconds then drops to varying between 0% - 3%.
Click Manage Content and ContentManager.exe shows in the TM at 0% CPU time. Tried to close CMP but it won’t close. After about 20 seconds it closes. The Download Helper message continues to ask for me to register.
Reconnected Internet. Started TRS2006 and clicked Manage Content.
Launcher shows 0% and ContentManager is at 11% for several seconds then goes to 0%.
CMP shows the following message for a short time.
A check of IE now shows a new assets.tdx at 3746 KB size.
CMP now shows 0 of 16502 items displayed. The 16502 numbers is because I have 8769 downloaded items and there are 7733 builtin items for a total of 16502 items. Closed CMP.
Started CMP. Assets.tdx has now grown to 13737 KB and CMP shows 94552.
Closed and restarted CMP. Assets.tdx now 14423 KB and CMP is 95952.
Closed and restarted CMP. Assets.tdx now 14618 KB and CMP is 95952.
Deleted the new assets.tdx and renamed my old assets.xdt back to assets.tdx and CMP is now fully restored to 97251 items.
