Chinese Third party Locomotives

Hello there I am currently working on a third party route based in the late 80s- early 90s set in Northwestern China. I saw several examples of third party JS locomotives but there were no links for where to find them. Can anyone find a stable website for foreign third party locomotives.

Are you looking for steam? N3V has a payware set of Chinese steam locomotives with some Americanized ones. China built steam locomotives through the 1980's and ran them in freight service until a few years ago. There are some on US tourist railroads like Essex, CT and Phillipsburg, NJ and Iowa Interstate and RJ Corman have larger ones.
