Thanks for everyone's thoughts and possible solutions. As always, I really appreciate the comments to fix or eliminate my problems. Sorry Dartrider, that ur having the same problem....but it tells me the actual problem is rooted deeper in the game. I tried Stagecoach's suggestion with no success but I did learn something there about EIT Manager rule. The path that would not cancel did show in the rule. I clicked on "reset all rules" for the session and I think that wiped out my other tower. Anyways, tried looking at the Manager rule again, but it now told me that it has a script error and can't be read.
My fix....I deleted the yellow disc simply by deleting the signal it was on. The IT paths were finally removed by eliminating the session. I did this by resaving the route under a new session. I hope this will not happen again where I am much later into the route and session where all my AI stuff is written in.
How this happen is what puzzles me. It all started when EIT was not cancelling to complete a path. Did I create the problem? I might have, cause I tried to rush the EIT process by jumping out of the session and moving the trains back further away from the EIt controlled lift bridge. I needed to make a change to the signals that stopped the ship from proceeding to the bridge.
Again thanks all....have a good day.
