Can not remove IT green paths....

The Interlocking green or yellow paths that show for start to finish paths will not clear itself. I have deleted the track it sits on with no luck in removing it. I also deleted the tower and still can't get rid of it. Any ideas how to fix this?

Done that. Normally I click this on momentarily to just check I coved all desired paths. Then something went wrong. I was using at first the Enhanced IT, and something got screwed up with it....it would not cancel a path....just listed as cancelling, but would never completely cancel. Things just went to hell from there. I then removed EIT and put the Crowcomb tower in and redid all the paths and now I have that dang yellow disc stuck too.... :) It all just kept getting worse....I am now looking at going to 3 day old backup route. But worried it may happen again. One thing about EIT, you cannot edit the paths if one path is still active. I was going in and out of session making route adjustments at the time, and I really needed to adjust one path, but could not edit. That may have started the whole mess.

The yellow disc attaches to the junction when the tower is set to static mode. Change to dynamic should release them. Try delete missing assets to clear the map of any lingering instructions. In the tower monitor, I have found it did not always update until you closed it and reopened it. EIT can be edited in surveyor by opening the edit session and open the EIT monitor rule for edit. Select the towers that show not editable and cancel all the paths that show cancel. It should become editable again when you open the tower. Yellow is for the path of the tower, Green is for the track circuit detector trigger which ends when a track circuit insulator is placed.

Thanks for everyone's thoughts and possible solutions. As always, I really appreciate the comments to fix or eliminate my problems. Sorry Dartrider, that ur having the same problem....but it tells me the actual problem is rooted deeper in the game. I tried Stagecoach's suggestion with no success but I did learn something there about EIT Manager rule. The path that would not cancel did show in the rule. I clicked on "reset all rules" for the session and I think that wiped out my other tower. Anyways, tried looking at the Manager rule again, but it now told me that it has a script error and can't be read.

My fix....I deleted the yellow disc simply by deleting the signal it was on. The IT paths were finally removed by eliminating the session. I did this by resaving the route under a new session. I hope this will not happen again where I am much later into the route and session where all my AI stuff is written in.

How this happen is what puzzles me. It all started when EIT was not cancelling to complete a path. Did I create the problem? I might have, cause I tried to rush the EIT process by jumping out of the session and moving the trains back further away from the EIt controlled lift bridge. I needed to make a change to the signals that stopped the ship from proceeding to the bridge.

Again thanks all....have a good day.
