Driver Schedule Rule

This rule works quite well in TANE. Imported my route with one session to TRS19, built 111951 and it does not work. Tried to re-install this rule and still does not work. Here is the detail: Go to edit rule and select a schedule. then go to upper right corner and try to select a driver. At first time a box opens, but is empty and can't write anything. Subsequent attempts and the box does not even open. Thinking I am not setting things right, go to TANE and repeat. It works perfectly, so is not my mistake. Then I tried to re-install the rule, search for updates and even downloading another rule that has a TTL (?). Nope, it does not work. And can see another older thread describing the same thing, but no clear answers. Finally, if it is mean to be lost for the sake of progress, is there any other rule that will do the same? What is my requirement? A train arrives at a trigger, a child rule (Driver Schedule), has a schedule to be performed by a selected driver (witch I can't select...) Thinking this is related to me having too many drivers, I started a new session with just a piece of track, a trackmark, a trigger and one loco with small schedule. Same thing. Any ideas?

Sorry I'm late to the party, I've been away for a while.
I had multiple problems migrating my main route through the versions.
The successful combo I use for TRS19 are:
Schedule Library 2:192081:12:5
Driver Setup Rule -25:1534
driver Schedule Rule 82445:90001:9

Interesting: when I search for asset versions, there are several, with numbers increasing, all obsolete. The one I have as modified, is the :9 and this is the one that I can't make it work (makes no difference, but original uses TEXTURE and I tried converting to TGA). Same no go.. However it works in TANE. Both, Schedule Library and Driver set up are correct: In sum, all your Kuid are the same as mine.

Could be the flavour of TRS19, I use a different combo for TRS22, may be worth a try, I'll dig out the combo.
