Interlocking Tower(s) SP5 Bug?

There seems to be a bug in SP5 where Interlocking towers stop finding the objects on the paths created. A few will highlight orange (the hover messages says Warning: Encountered object is not in path), the can't be edited (script will fail), and every object is in the path despite the message. Basically it acts like it forgets what it just created

Additional error in the edit window of the interlock
Error: PropertyBrowserRefresh() not handled.
A script error occurred while attempting to edit the properties of the asset.

This happens with every tower I have tested. Deleting and rebuilding the offending paths does not correct this issue it's a broken record. I am not reporting this yet until others weigh in and if there is a fix. If it truly is a bug then I will report it on the site.

Update: So I am now pretty convinced that SP5 has nerfed the interlocking towers. When I saved the route and session then went back in I checked the interlock. Sure enough the same errors popped up on different paths after it did it's refresh update. This is a very random event happening on random paths. I would recommend that anyone who is on the latest SP5 build 128493 (Steam) check the status of your interlocking towers.

This has happened on my earlier build version of Trainz Plus so not SP5 related.
Have you got ATLS installed?

None of this was related to ATLS, because I no longer use the system. TRC is what I have been using and as far as I can tell it is all up to date.
