Can not download Trees addon

Can not download Trees Add-on.

I have tried to get my paid for files for the last several hours and this is what I keep getting for a response. Does any one know if it will start working soon? Thanks.

Hi jjeff1955,

I am getting the same as you. In my case though I only purchased the Treez Pack today so I think I may have to wait until tomorrow or maybe a little later. The other thing may be that many people are also downloading the various new downloads available and this is "overloading" the digital download links (whatever).

I will let you know how I get on though, and for others

Thank You for the reply. I am in no hurry anyway as I am running the Trs2006 anyway for now. I don't suppose those Trees would work in Trs2006?

I have finally been able to download the Treez Pack. It took a few attempts but finally I have it :hehe:

I still think that maybe everyone is trying to download "Packs" at the moment is making it a little harder.

I am sure I read somewhere that the Treez Pack only works in 2009.

We had a number of technical issues with the downloads. This has been fixed, and you should be able to download the digital download.

For those who pre-ordered the other packs and received a blank email for the Treez pack, please contact us at the helpdesk and we will get it all sorted.
