base board shapes

since my suggestions don't show up on the suggestion boxcar i will put them here. is there a way to make a different shaped base board for surveyor? in MR magazine in the may issue the module club uses base boards but some are curved and som are smaller than the ones trains has.

the answer is no the only way you can adjust the shape is by using the landscapeing tool but you still have the same shape baseboard but lower or higher

Hi Norfolkwesternman,

Sorry the size of the TRS baseboards is hard coded into the program and can not be changed ( if a post disappears from the suggestions forum it means the suggestion is impossible or too hard to implement )

If you really must have a odd shaped baseboard use a backdrop to divide the standard baseboard.
Or go to the Topology Menu, next to the 'Get height' button type in -1000.00 or greater and use the 'Use height' tool to drop the excess area of the baseboard out of sight of your trains.
