You have answered my prayers.:udrool: If you think you could release those a little early, not to be a gimmi pig or any other word you can think of, but I am in need of those.

On Topic: I am amazed on how far you are getting. It bring back my own memories of living there 04-07. Very Very nice work.

Joe - My son and I used to camp out over the outcrop overlooking tunnel 10 (it isn't there now) and I can still hear and feel the SP TankTrain comming up the hill from Bakersfield at sunset. When I look at your'e flicks it brings back so many memories. Thanks for your great work.
-this area? on that first pic?

Joe.... Pretty darn close. If you have the book, and I know you probubly do, refer to page 16 of John Siqnor's "Tehachapi". We camped out on the small flat area just to the left of the tunnel portal. Speaking of portals, I am working on a timber entrance to the tunnel so I could replace the concrete ones for some of us old-timers:) Also, I was reading last night about SF paying for the enlargement of the tunnels using SP labor in 1993. Do you know anything about this?

-I do not. But i did hear that there might be plans to double track almost everything from Bena to Cable. If thats true this will be very interesting! I thought about getting a jump start on it lol!

-Take a short trip from Sandcut to Bealville!

What ia thar rust colored flat object in the first screenshot picture, an underground tank ?

Your screenshots are a pleasent thing to look forward to seeing everyday....VERY realistic ! Makes me want to go out and buy 09, or possibly 10.

Holy COW!!!:udrool:

Nice!!! You got those areas nailed!!! Exactly how I remember them!!!

I have to ask though, do you have a marker in place where the bealville station used to be like in Real Life? I just remember comming down that road and stopping there. Just a thought. Your route, being as realistic as it is and all.

-as far as i know Bealville, never had a station. they was a post office at Bealville from 1879 to 1881. I don't think there is a need to put that in lol! :p

The picture i posted shows the words on the marker in detail. Cant find one of the other sign.

Just realized that the link doesnt go directly to the picture. You have to scroll down to find the bealivlle one.

Joe,

Looking good.

Did you have any luck obtaining the actual UP track profile data for this sub division? With the amount of work you’re putting into this route it would be a shame not to have accurate grades and signal placement.

Thank you for quoting all the images, I appreciate it.

Wow Joe,

This route just keeps getting better and better! Thanks for all your hard work, I know I and many others will appreciate it when it's done.

Many thanks and I look forward to more as you get it. Take your time.
