Pete, I couldn't get a full head on shot.. there was always something in the way, but I have got some better close ups of the A6 station.

Angel Street is a 3 track terminal station located not too far from Old Wadalbavale. In a quiet moment a 3 car Xplorer set waits for the guards whistle to depart. 4 sets run a half hourly all stations service between Angel Street and St James located in the loop beyond the former terminus of Wattle Creek.

Nice shots there Bill and I'm pretty sure "misterchugg" will appreciate the screenies, plus he'll probably be the first visitor to that "XXXX" establishment on the right :p

perhaps Zec can answer my questions or pass them on to Auran for a response.

1/ copyright belongs to the author does it not?
2/ is there a clause in the upload policy to the dls that the author loses any rights to auran or NV3 by uploading?
3/ who gave Auran permission to include my content in a release of it's software, when they have never contacted me?.
4/ all my configs clearly state not to be distributed without permission(to protect the dls content against people with out a licensed version) and it clearly states that it is not to be copied. Does Auran have a right to flout this condition?
5/ I have always created freeware, the backbone of content creation. By making my content inbuilt, it is in effect payware, as people have to directly pay for it as part of the game. Who gave Auran the right to charge for my content?

I will appreciate a prompt response in relation to these matters. If I have not received a response from Auran, I shall seek further advice.
I ask these questions publicly, because I found out publicly by chance that this has occurred. Thereby showing Auran as much regard as shown me.

I believe this has been mentioned more than once before Pete, but here's a recap;

If a content creator uploads an item to the DLS, Auran (or whoever releases Trainz these days) has the full right to include said items in any new Trainz release. I'm sure how that goes.

Just had a look on the DLS and couldn't find them. If my memory is correct I was pretty sure I got them from the Victrainz website.

A few progress pictures of the forthcoming release (any time soon) of the SCT Class I am creating. Thereby saving myself answering all these who are asking me.

I managed to take all pictures I needed of all the SAR Bluebirds in the Pt.Adelaide Railway Museum and have now enough information/material to finally finish these in the next few months or so. Plus some other units I have seen there which I will most likely try my hands on too :hehe:.

Payware quality still created as Freeware :p.
