I have called the logging company to let them know that some of the tree's have grown back really fast and they need to cut some down...

One problem is Google Street view cuts out partway up the Lions Road southbound QLD side.

Enright's sawmill in Beaudesert may like a phone call :hehe:

Ok. I was thinking one of Davidos new NSWGR 442 Class would make a great re-skin, although it would make the other SAR Content on TRS look so out-dated
Your not getting the 442 and the 422 mixed up are you = the 442 is DavidT's and the 422 is DavidO's

Read the config of the 442 I think reskin allowed

Any one of Davidos locos would make a great re-skin, mainly SAR for me since they were incredibly similar, but it would make the other content look so outdated and inferior

I to have spoken to David and he has given permision to reskin his locos and over there years I have done so and many off them are on the DLS.

I have also communcated with David and he has a no reskin policy for his work and he has ruled out any rekinning.

Of course when I say David I mean DavidT (David Taylor) who did the 442 and also when I say David I also mean DavidO (David Owens) who did the 422.

And thats why I have the user name of bearcat245 as when I was also using David as in (DavidF) it all got out of hand and nobody knew who was who.

Oh by the way I was born in the year of the David, and when I went to Kinder there was no less that 5 of us David's in the one class.

Oh and just to stir the pot of trivia both David's have also done versions of the NSWGR 42 class series or family of locomotives can anybody name both loco types and which David did which????

It was rather intresting plus there were twins called Lee and Leigha

your statement dear sir about DavidO's 442 as far as I know there is no 442 by DavidO = he did do a 422

But are you not thinking of the 442 which is the same as the 700 but its a DavidT model :'(

The 422 did run in SA but the South Aussie Railways or the Comm Railway never owned any of them.

How can anyone keep track on NSW Locos? 442, 422, 42, 44, 48, 35, 45. SAR it was 900, 930, 830, etc. I'm also sure that DavidO did some new 48s when he created new 44s,422s and the new 35s and 45s but I cant find them on the DLS

Cheers Electro, very grateful for that mate, as for when did we have the trapezodal (sp) speedboards, they existed back in the steam era, and some are still visible (or were) around some suburbs of Ipswich, Queensland, and a few other places.
