Hi all. Here's my latest work in Gmax:
Platformendcar.jpg

When finished, this will be an NSWGR platform end suburban car from the 1890 batch, the first batch to be fitted with Clerestory roof. They also retained the ornate panelling and discontinous window sill of the Clerestory roofed cars.

The Garratt has to be one of Pete's best creations! Great work Pete.

And that layout has to be one of the best creations! Beautiful Shots Daniel, yet again
Jackford- What?? You were stabbed by some random dude as you answered the front door??:hehe:

Jamie

Jamie

Dammit, Jamie, you stole my response!:hehe:

But, i suppose that it doesn't hurt to say it twice.

Daniel, that layout has to be one of your best creations, if not the best! Cracking shots, yet again, and you give the rest of us something to aspire too.

Does anybody know what happened to Forest_Runner? We haven't been seeing any of his quality work round these parts lately.

Matt.

Forced into lurking, but am appreciating the latest works. The QR NG C17s have caught my eye, and I'll download them when possible. Thanx to the QDR Crew.

Typically the progress of the routes we've become accustomed to over the last few months look awesome.

Special mention to Grasshopper though... truly #$%?&@! magnificent stuff!!

In short Trainz installation locked up and couldn't do a thing with it... Forced to uninstall and now can't patch the reinstall properly. Bit of bummer, was hoping to release a couple of modules for Xmas :( ... not to mention beta test another wonderful project.

Have backed up everything though, so good news is haven't lost anything. Wonderful Program when it works. An absolute Dog when it has a hormonal though.

That's true FR, love it, but hate it:hehe:

Imagine if you created a full branch-line route:)
Ahhh, Heaven

Matt, I didn't mean one of his, I meant one of everyones!

Jamie

Well I have created so many branchlines, and I am having fun in heaven; as your saying Jamie. Little trains with waywide stops and the rolling countryside; what more could you ask for? :D

These following routes are going to make DLS
  • QGR Southport Branch V1
  • QGR MVHR section as below
  • QGR Bowen Depot & Mt Hanson Branch {Two Branches within a Branch}
  • QGR Waggio
and many more to list, and some others are going to be on DLS next week, so keep the watch out for the list. I going to be a cracker for Xmas
-------------------------------------------------------------------
After taking a ego trip in the sin-bin, I am sorry for all the carper of stuff I caused, and i hope we can all be back in tune from the same songbook next year.

Have a Carcker of a Xmas in Oz & a cheers for the new year :p

Regards
Michael

Forest, sorry to hear of your Trainz woes. Here's hoping that you are back up and running soon. I'm stuck for inspiration without your postings!:'(

Oh well, guess I'll have to resort to *dramatic pause* MY IMAGINATION! But I have none, so that won't work too well.:o

Evan, thank you for putting yet another piece of NSW rolling stock in the pipeline. Surely there can't be too much more to be created for Trainz, before we have it all.:p

Daniel, hate to ruin an excellent shot with 'facts', but that last shot is of a Garrett approaching a single-line tunnel. I thought i read somewhere that Garretts were banned from working through single line tunnels because of space constraints, due to there size?
My apologies if this is incorrect, just putting it out there, and as i said, it's an absolutely cracking shot, prototypical or not.

Matt.

Thanks Jamie and Forest. That sucks about the installation. I really hope you get going again, for a selfish reason because your work and others continues to inspire me!

Matt. You are spot on with that! BUT (haha) in my defence, that is an American sized tunnel and I haven't had any officials jumping up and down (yet):p

Good to see you've turned a new lew leaf Michael, welcome back.

Daniel

Matt, you're welcome. For NSW, there is still much more for us to create :p I myself have a personal projects list a mile long. The modern era has been very well covered, but the steam era rosters seem a tad thin (to a rollingstock enthusiast such as myself) I can think of a few widely used wagons from the post steam era that have been missed too.

Daniel, I thought so. For the life of me though, I cannot remember where I read that little nugget of information. And believe me, that seriously annoys me!

Oh well, I'll find it sooner or later.

Oh, and in case you didn't get the hint the first two times, absolutely cracking shots.:clap: Could we have some more, please, kind sir?:udrool:

Matt.
