I wish I would of had DEM data when I started the route... :'(

Oh so so many train tracks just for smoothing out around a river!

This is the Georges River near East Hills.

Davido, thank you for that. I'll have a look at it in detail later. Raichase, i like it. Deadly, i envy you not the slightest bit. Have fun with that task.:D

Why I'm not allowed out at night *sniff*

I don't wish to pick apart such wonderful work here, both on the part of the content creator and the layout creator as, for me, they are both in the Godlike realm but do you realise that the points lever should be sitting down Mules? That one is what we in the business call "cocked" or set incorrectly (basically they are stuck and shouldn't be traversed over with a loco lest one "put it in the dirt"). The reality the lever should be sitting vertical and the points set for the straight road. To set the points for the diverge someone (shunter, guard or DA) would have to hold or sit on the points lever whilst the loco traversed through them then said person would rejoin the loco or move to perform rest of the shunt. I just point this out as I don't know how prototypical you wish to be. I think if you rotate the points lever it should sit correctly. I played with this too when I downloaded it. It may need a bit of fiddling with pionts direction and lever location to get it sitting correctly. If it doesn't really matter then PLEASE disregard this ramble and I'll just continue to admire the fantastic work from the confines of my little cubby hole on the sidelines. :o

Indeed you are most correct lenice, unfortunately, I've yet to get marty, who created these wonders, with help from other talented creators - to make a 'reverse' KP (Kangaroo Point) lever, and yes, having had the priveledge of literally trying to hold one 'over' I know where you're coming from - they look easy, until you're the unfortunate one in the vest holding said KP over as hard as you can :)

Again, more awesome shots by all contributors. Even the different "work in progress" shots look great. This thread is really rollicking along.

Anyway, some sedate and rather plain shots in the final wash-up, but none-the-less typical of rural South Australia... more to say this 3 board modular pre-release has been uploaded.

Thanks for point-ing that out Glen & Mules, I'm right here.....

I knew it was'nt mean't to sit at 45 degs when thrown. Remember going through the procedure regarding it's direction and positioning. It was correct the first time around without the necessary change's that were decided upon in the end. Sheeeesh.

Hmmm, me exports Mules into a folder, conjures up the config and extracts him as a .cdp :hehe:

O.K. Give me a few days to obsolete it.

Cheers!

Dave, that tunnel looks FANTASTIC! As do your textures. Raichase and Forest_Runner, great as per usual. Mulie, absolutely stunning.

Now I'm really sorry for posting this here but I've posted other places and no one has replied.

"Hi,

In a map of mine, I get this error:

Any help will be appreciated!"

Thanks in advance, Daniel

I've got this one NSW Signal Pack but there's a more comprehensive one.......I'll see if Nat still has it or if someone else has it send it to me and I'll but it on my webspace.

Cheers
David

OK here's the other one, thanks to Tom.

NSW Signalling and Safeworking

I'll host it for a while

Cheers
David
Many Thanks David and Tom for the Signalling files/information, it will be invaluable to many people who frequent this thread.

David, if you could please pass on my thanks to Nat as well for this information.

Craig
:):):)

EDIT: I just had a quick look through these files and there is heaps of information there. Looks like a few nights of studying and a couple of months to work out :))

No need to obsolete it Marty, just make v2 as the opposite one, so we'll have a left and right version - I'll try to catch you on Yahoo :)
