Australian screenshots

Too late Mules, think its already been done. Just finished playing with the new one. Tip for anyone using it:- Set the lie of the points for the staight road first then delete default lever and replace with Roo points. If that doesn't work simply reverse the side they sit on and lever will sit correctly. As with everything in Trainz, there's the correct way of doing it and the way that makes it work. Well done to Marty for getting onto this so quick.
Regards
Glen

Just messing around with displacement maps - keep forgetting just how imaginative one can be with them....

That doesn't look like a module there Mules. Will be interested (as I know others will when they see the post) to see what it ends up like.

26.73km of branchline from nowhere, to nowhere, so far, just really something I'm fiddling with - but hey, it might come to something - maybe :)

Dave, that tunnel looks FANTASTIC! As do your textures. Raichase and Forest_Runner, great as per usual. Mulie, absolutely stunning.

Now I'm really sorry for posting this here but I've posted other places and no one has replied.

"Hi,

In a map of mine, I get this error:

Any help will be appreciated!"

Thanks in advance, Daniel
It's being generated by an ocx wagon Daniel. If you had a beta version and have now updated to the release version the numbe rin the soup probably doesn't exist. Delete the wagon/s and place new ones to start afresh

Hello all,

Forest_Runner, I saw your Melton Valley on the DLS so grabbed it for a look see at your masterpiece. There seems to be a missing layer from it or the DLS has gone awol with some of the layers etc.

This is all the will come up for me,

Have turned Route and session layer on and off and still doesnt change. Thought you might like to know there seems to be a small issue.

Cheers

Trent,
this may be why:

I need to download one dependency, and I'm sure the track would not be grass!:hehe:

CityRail Project: East Hills Line

East of Revesby station within the great Sydney sprawl.

sl-2010-06-29-%5B2%5D.jpg

Same area, different angle as an S-Set waits for the green light.

sl-2010-06-29-%5B3%5D.jpg

Panania station looking towards East Hills. I haven't shown any stations lately so I might as well. :p

sl-2010-06-29-%5B4%5D.jpg

Panania station again, this time from the opposite side.

I really need to get a new machine as my current one cannot handle the route very well at all.

I too have the missing track/buildings/etc for that route (aka: Forestrunners SAR route), so methinks something went drastically wrong, somewhere :)

Hi Deadly

In the second to last photo, what is the name or kuid for the S Set midle carriage?? Ive only got the driving ones.

Thanks, SARRailways :D:):D:)

Deadly - looking (scarily) accurate there mate, be careful that your trains don't start becoming delayed because the driver has had enough of your timetable, and has buggered off for a smoke!

Tom - that's a damned fine looking log wagon, I might just have to set up a loading point on my current project. It's amazing that you start building it, and my current layout is inspired by the Queanbeyan Yard (as you may/may not know, Freight Australia used to haul log traffic from just south of Queanbeyan to Inner Harbour for export).

Before anyone gets too excited, it's not Queanbeyan, I've just always liked the layout of the yard and junction!

 Tom
Excellent work on the log wagon

I have this problem too :'( and CM shows only 15 Dependencies, but only they are showing.

I know I'm still a fair way from complete, but it's sometimes nice to see progress of peoples routes - seeing some "finished products" without the steps in between, it makes the route look kinda daunting. That's why I like seeing Muliebuck and mattm's screenshots especially, as it's a step by step to the finished product.

Remembering how fond Davido was of the Bicentennial livery, I thought these would be an appropriate choice of colour scheme for the locos used to test some points... :hehe: . Not really fair on my part, seeing as Davido was nice enough to help me test his new rock textures.

Also, the skate park by our very own Willem2 is of outstanding quality, and fit what I was looking for perfectly - the yard this yard is based on at Queanbeyan, has a skate park and basketball courts right next to the line, with a very graffitied Hitachi suburban car in the middle of it all (no, I won't be including that!)

:hehe: Bicentenntial Forever! :hehe:

Spent many a happy hour hanging off either of the two road bridges at either end of Queanbeyan Yard. ??? did you get the fuel siding thats oppoposite the skate park :hehe: :hehe:

Very nice Trent :) Will have to hurry up on this log wagon hehe. Also I'm working on the butterboxes/scrap steel containers, so you might have to put in yet another siding :p

Tom :)
