search for the name Davido, they are one of his models.

I can see this being a revelation for henrypeter - I remember the first time I hit upon the names "Davido", "Natvander" "Victrainz" and "ad602000" (among others) in a search. It was like hitting a goldmine! :)

Impressive Bill ....you certainly are the artist my steam fleet needs rebuilding and better textures after burnout and laying dormant for a while
the beta have a look versions of the 1200/1225 locos have been uploaded to QDR http://groups.yahoo.com/group/QDRTrainz/
But Bill by posting that screen I feel you have layed down the challange for a steamfest screen by me later on today........"LOL"

I am having trouble finding the S sets on DLS. Can anyone help me with search names for them?

Cheers.

Taggy, search for "S Set", and make sure that under "Trainz Versions", you have "UTC" ticked, otherwise it won't show up in a search :).

I've also reskinned Rob's SAR OB gondola into a QR type. Not sure what they're called in Queensland, I've never been real clear when it comes to freight

Sorry this is late guys but I have had a bit of catching up to do lately. Col, looked in the bible of rollingstock and the closest wagon I can come up with is a "HO" wagon. Eight-wheeled Open Goods Wagon, Steel Construction, Roller Bearings, suitable for Express Freight and Goods trains. Composite steel and hardwood flooring, four sets of swing doors, 3200 opening.
Hope this helped

Are there any (NSW) wagons suited for the transporting of limestone/cement products? I know there are Peters cement hoppers on the DLS, but these were pre-loadable products, so are just wagons.

I know that on the main south we have recoded coal hoppers for the transport of limestone between Medway and Berrima/Maldon cement works (NPZH/NPJH/NPFH Hoppers). There are also converted coal/grain hoppers used for the limestone merchant that have their sidings at Medway Junction (NPPF type, iirc)

RHEH (ex National Rail coal hoppers) are used to transport limestone from Medway to Port Kembla.

From the quarry at Dunmore (near Shellharbour on the South Coast), stone (not limestone, but rock from the quarry) is transported by RHGF (photo 1, photo 2 (ex BHP coal hoppers) and NPZH hoppers.

I'm just curious if any of these are avaliable for download at all?

Cheers!

Trent

there are some BHP CXD hoppers on the DLS look under GLT0145, there are also the QR VO hoppers i think some of them got sold ages ago to NRC they look similiar to the CXDs.
and yes they are loadable for coal atleast, not sure about other commodities.

cheers

Ghosty, thanks for that mate, will take a look at those items and see if any of them are of any use :). Am downloading limestone mines and cement plants, got a small layout idea in mind is all :)

EDIT: On looking at the QR VO Coal hoppper, my memory suggests that the RHGF hoppers and the lone RHIF hopper might be VO hoppers converted to SG? Anyone out there with better info?

Trent,

I do have plans to have a go at doing one of the NSW limestone hoppers (probably an NPZH to begin with), as soon as I can get some detailed shots to work with  . But it will probably be a bit of a wait as I've got a bit of a list at the moment regarding planned projects that I want to work on ;) .

Regards, :)

Whose vans are they? The ones I found are the same colour.

How is your 09 version of the A2 going?

Bill.
