Australian screenshots

I've been bored recently.

I've done some more work, such as trimming back the grass (I decided I *did* want to use those sidings after all) and putting down some more scenery.

More screenies to come.

I've taken a liking to 5069. However, it will probably end up with changeable numbers. I have used 5069 as the base for this model, and it's getting close to accurate. The lanterns were a bit fiddly

Nice engine Peter, must come visit here more regularly, and I seem to have missed talk about TC 3 ? hmm going to search to do some re-search :p

An L is an English Electric built unit, used mainly on the Melbourne - Traralgon line (as well as the odd suburban goods service).

BTW, you should have 3 new wagons to play with in the next few days (On the DLS...). :)

As for when the L will be released. Depends on if I end up releasing a 'V1' release without interior or not...

Zec I wonder if a European cab might be out there as a temp fill in. We need a nose with a wheel throttle??

Unfortunately, there is nothing remotely similar. I'll probably use the same cab that the Cardiff guys use on their 8x class diesels. This one has a panto switch, and sits in about the right spot. Untill I get a proper L class cab done, thats about all that I know of that is even remotely (not even that really) similar.
