Australian screenshots

S313 (now with Steamrail Victoria) leads a pair of Ts on a goods, seen climbing the 1in50 of Bullfarm Curves just east of Bacchus Marsh. July 1976. This section of the Melbourne-Ballarat Line was been regraded for the RFR.

No worries, what is the length and breadth of the route? and I found this recently on sketch up that may be of interest to you. The full Flinders Street Station building.

I used to remember going past on a V/Locity on the way into Southern Cross from Bendigo or Geelong from work and that Y class always used to sit there in the same spot.

M.Gitsham

oops didn't see this post. Cheers dude. Jerker is building one which will get finished "one day". The route runs from about Richmond station to just past Geelong station, approx 80 clicks on the main passenger lines. Bit more on the Goods lines. Route also includes the Williamstown Line, Altona Line, and to around Ardeer.

Ripper shots by the way Timo, did you darken the tarps on those Red GYs near the caravans on the S Wagons (Neat idea btw)

Jamie

Reskinned tarp loads actually, but I would like to see new open VR wagons with scripted tarps to change their colours. These ones really show their age.

Tim

Hi all,
Love the look of that V class Zec, and Tim, leave some of the tarps a lighter shade as most of the tarps were weathered.
I did a bit more work on Goulburn Murray Lines today. The Murray is now pretty close to the correct colour and Numurkah is looking a bit more filled out.

When the smog clears, we'll have a nice sunny day.

Hi Everyone, some great looking screenshots lately, especially after dark shots. Goulburn Murray Lines is motoring along and stage 1 (Wunghnu to Picola, Cobram and Tocumwal) is about 70% complete. At this rate I'll be done by the end of the month. :D Cranked up the settings on the laptop to see what it would look like......
06:30 up pass departing Tocumwal

Nice work i was in Shep all week for work and traveled every day to Cobram and was wondering what trains used to ply that line, Wish i had of taken pic's of sum of the infrastructure now.
Cheers Mick.

Hi Mick, passengers were mainly serviced by railmotor and they ran a few local goods trains each week. The main loco depot was at Numurkah, but was a shadow of its former self when I was on the relieving roster from Dynon in the late 70's. Numurkah crews generally worked through to Seymour.
Cheers, Graeme.

Evening all :) Well done to the members above showcasing their awesome work! We are a talented bunch here indeed :D
I know this is not an "ingame" screen shot ... and I know I really should post this in another thread.... so beg your forgiveness .. I wanted to show you guys what I'm working on "outside" of the Trainz program .... but hopefully ... soon to be fully realised IN trainz ..... It IS an Australian Screenshot ;)

Started stitching the textures for Dandenong Station today :) .. Not a bad effort so far.

Cheers!

Good to see your progress on your track. My inlaws are from Oaklands. I have been there a bit over Christmas for the last few years.
I recognise a few of the locations you have posted!

Cheers

The reskin is pretty good,

I've got a greaser under construction, I haven't touched it for about a year.

Hey do you know where i can find that dual gauge on DLS? Regards Shane

Ah yes, standard Trainz community bitching going on. Quoting pictures are a massive pain in the ass and it's unneccessary.

Finally got some AI running. 56 trackmarks were required for the Dock areas (which is only about 12 tracks).

Really have hardly touched Tottenham scenery-wise.
