Hi mate,

A couple of quick questions with this-

* What do you mean by "won't load"? What are you attempting, and how does the result differ from your expectations? Are you seeing an error message? Is the app exiting unexpectedly? Do you see a loading screen and then a return to the menu?

* Are you using an iPad or iPad 2?

* Are you having problems with Driver, Surveyor, or both?

Further to the above (we'd still love to hear details) we've seen this on one iPad, and successfully resolved the issue by removing the app and using the App Store to reinstall it.

The new version will no longer work in driver mode with the original iPad model. Surveyor works OK. When I however select a session to drive it just returns to the menu screen

This fixed my problem of the drive sessions not working.
 
Just downloaded to my ipad 2 and can confirm the same problems as others- driver doesn't work and also found the surveyor settings don't work. Will try the fix later- I'm on 3G now so can't re-install until I'm back home this evening. However, looks good so far.

I have the same problems, however I have a custom route that I wish to upload, but I cannot see where this menu sits. Can you please advise how I do this?
 
I had the same issue with my ipad2 it kept going back to routes. I deleted the app, rebooted my iPad and reinstalled it, that worked and all new content showed up. I like it a lot. Thanks!
 
Got it, it's miles better than the first release! Thanks Auran! I've got iPad 1 and 2 and it works just fine on both.
 
But where is the Extra Content Menu? I've invested hours in modifying one of the existing layouts and would rather not lose it.
 
Too bad. My Pad 2 updated version is missing menus, including driver commands. Have red windwalker but that was not enough help (thanks, though). Is the extra content menu available only after registering the software? Or is that one of the missing menus?
Where the heck do I find a serial number for an app I downloaded? I need to back up an existing route before uninstalling and reloading but the Auran site will not let me proceed without that serial number. Any help sure is appreciated.

Hi stevo185,

Rather than risk anything at this point, you may wish to just wait for a day or so. We have submitted to Apple what we believe to be a fix for this problem, and have requested an expedited review. Can't promise exactly how long Apple will take to review this, but hopefully not very long.

Chris, just for the record an upgrade is ordering a new version 1.1 for 1 buck correct or is there a separate dl for exisitng users of 1.0?
Curious to see the 1.1 release on my Ipad2
