Amtrak Phase IV P32-8W

i have this engine, and it appears to work and doesn't show up red in CM (I am in Trainz Mac B.T.W.) and when I open it up in surveyor I try to place it and it is blank... The other two AMTK Dash 8s work, and they both say the same thing as the phase IV unit. The IV unit says 'Modified' and doesn't show up. No deps appear to be missing. It shows no errors or warnings. Can anyone explain this and how to fix it?
