This isn't really an alternative content source, (unless you need pre-SP3 stuff) but it has information that can help you find and fix missing Tafweb dependencies. (A lot of his items were Pre-SP3 Trainz items and are no longer on the DLS. They have been replaced by newer versions. The newer versions have different KUIDs and do not obsolete the old versions.)
Tafweb's ID is 1942.

Huge and organized list of locomotives with links.

Main site of this link is a payware site, but they have a huge links page with lots of non-english Trainz sites. May be useful for finding foreign content.

Hmm, looks like this thread has become a self-promotion thread.
Shame, as it could have been a useful list.

Anyway, don't forget www.TrainzProRoutes.org

Not just for their usual quality stuff, but for an alternative to the Download Station for your own stuff.

And although it really doesn't need mentioning, I will anyway. Don't forget www.TrainzObjectz.co.uk

Smiley.

The reason why they created phone directories was to make life easy for telephone users.

The reason I created The Trainz Resources Directory was to make life easy for Trainz users.

I spent the past nine months of my life creating an accurate and worthwhile community resource. It's now up to the community to keep it accurate.

If any of the sites you list here are not included, I will no longer be adding them. It's up to you to let me know of additions and changes. Please go to the TRD, enter the web site name in the search box and see if it's listed. If not, click the contact us link on the bottom left of "every" page, supply the link and your Trainz user name.

I'll credit you with the discovery, and maybe more!

John

http://www.trainsim.com

Not a whole lot new on there. A great bunch of people with a nice forum for all train simulators. May be a great alternative for someone looking for a place to release their assets.

Dave......

Disregard, I missed the link in the first post.
