Activating a Living Railroad Session

I have a question regarding activating a living railroad session. I followed the instructions and loaded the built-in session Dispatchin the action. I then went to the Windows Menu but could not find "Select Session Options" to enable the Living railroad feature.

I am a Trainz Plus member using build 123794. What am I doing wrong?

I solved the problem. I was in Surveyor mode, not the driver mode.
