Route objects shifting during session.

On the latest SP5 Steam patch build 129388 I have been having a bug with a route where objects seem to randomly shift during a session.
On the excelent London - Lille Channel Tunnel route I loaded in a session and went to the French portal. It looked fine as normal. I then moved my camera behind the portal for a second then looked back and the portal has sunk into the ground.

I'm certain this is a game bug since I have already ran a full DBR and even after that I deleted and redownloaded the route from the DLS.
Additionally at random some junctions get red levers and refuse to work with AI drivers considering them as "Missing lever".
With all these bugs I really am thinking of going back to TANE SP4...

Is there any workarounds available and are the team aware?

Did you edit your route in session editor or the route editor? Weird things can occur, such as your junctions becoming red if you've created them in the session and not the route.

Is this tunnel a spline?

Make sure you set the height for the portals, otherwise they'll move with the terrain. This is the same with bridges. This "feature", by the way, appeared in T:ANE in the last service pack and in TRS19.

I never added any junctions in surveyor for this session, only trains. The route is 100% unmodified in it's state as it was downloaded from the DLS.
The junctions that are red seem to be randomised every time I load the session.

This then has to be from whoever built the route and I don't know why the junctions do that. The tunnel issue plagued ECML along with bridges. I know that's annoying and it's one of the changes that N3V made without telling us.

Do the junctions do that with any other route you have?

I've gone into driver on a few other routes and the junctions seem to be perfectly normal. So this bug seems to only occur on the Channel Tunnel route.
@anathoth71 I don't suppose you could investigate this? Since this seems to only occur on your route.
