2010 Patch Failed

Yet another patch issue. I downloaded 42203- 44088 and tried to install it. I got the message" Failed to Patch Builtin\5.ja, file contents do not match" My current build is 44203 and is a disc bought from Just Trains. Ideas please would be appreciated.

try cleaning the disk off and turning off youe virus program and cleaning out your temp file dir.

If your current build is 44203 then the 42203 patch won't work will it. Or is that a typo.

That message when patching usually means you have a corrupt installation and need to re install it.

I've just looked on the "Just Trains" site, and so far I see no patch for your version. I don't think you can use the Official Trainz patches for a Just Trains version, but I may be wrong.

The numbers for the Just Trains version of TS2010 are actually in line with the N3V-supplied version, so you should be able to use N3V patches with it (at least beyond 42203)

Reason I know that is because my TS2009 is from Just Trains, and I had to apply two N3V patches to get to SP4 (after installing the Just Trains patch up to 40040)
