1890's Cumbres & Toltec

I have been working on an 1890's version of the the Cumbres & Toltec Scenic Railroad using Fishlipsatwork's blank route. This is a very early version that uses the D&RGW locos, rolling stock, and buildings before the turn of the century. This was part of the San Juan Extension of the narrow gauge part of the Denver & Rio Grande Railway (later to be known as the Denver & Rio Grand Western Railroad long it became known as the Cumbres & Toltec Scenic Railroad. Here are a few screens of the nearly completed 67 mile route:

That shovel also looks a bit too modern for the era. Consider substituting the D&RG Pile Driver.

1890 Cumbres & Toltec

I just threw in some different D&RGW and RGS rolling stock to get some shots of the Chama yard. When I had done some of the earlier screenshots, all I had were C&TS locos. I had a hard drive crash and hadn't reloaded Prowlers D&RGW locos. The shovel was from Ians Trainz and is his D&RGW version. I did have a D&RGW pile driver in there, just didn't get it in the shot

Just wanted all to see the route progress, not so much a focus on the rolling stock & locos back when I did these screens. Will do some correct "era" screens as soon as the route comes together

The route is nearly completed. Just touching up some minor details. Been waiting on Hawkeye Fultz to get some of his work done on various buildings, but otherwise is almost ready for upload.
